When creating a new post here it defaults to the "BBCode" tab. I haven't found an option for changing it to default to the "Preview" tab.

Right now the Forum is very simple with only four Boards. Would you be upset if I added a couple of Boards for myself? I will keep them near the bottom. I would like to add:
- Books and Libraries
- Cloister Gardens

I would like to add: - Books and Libraries - Cloister Gardens A new thought, I would like to make it Books, Libraries, and Antiquities. I would like to include things like the Antikythera mechanism as well as the Herculaneum papyri.

For now I am putting this under Housekeeping because it is still a work in progress. At some point, if we are still here, I may try to find a better place for it.
Right now there are only four of us here and only three of us have been posting so I haven't felt any rush.
Here are the Forum Community Guidelines that I have so far.
- No politics
- No conspiracy theories
- No harassing any Member
I have been thinking about it and I think there is a question that needs to be answered.
When does politics become history?
Sometimes it is impossible to talk about world events without crossing over into the realm of politics. Once upon a time, WW II was politics. Now I see it as history. For now I'm going with Ronald Reagan.
Ronald Reagan was president of the United States until January 20, 1989. That's 35 years ago.
When I say No Conspiracy Theories, I mean contemporary Conspiracy Theories. I don't see danger in discussing Conspiracy Theories from before January 20, 1989.
If people want to post about Who Shot JFK?, I don't think there is likely to be any harm in that.
If people want to talk about plots by Ancient Roman Emperors 2000 years ago, I don't think there is likely to be any harm in that.
There is a lot of dangerous disinformation that is widely circulated on the Internet. I will not allow the propagation of dangerous disinformation on any platform where I can stop it.
